Yes, you can. If you make someone an "Admin" role, they’ll be able to create invoices and manage many parts of your Venn account—but by default, they can also initiate fund transfers. If you’d like to review all outgoing transfers before they happen, you can set up a Transfer Approval Rule:
Step 1: Go to Venn "Transfer Approval Rule"
Step 2: Set a rule requiring approval from an "Owner" role before funds can be sent by an "Admin" role.
Note: Transfer Approval Rules only apply to fund transfers. Admins can still create or edit Venn Mastercards on the account.
