Why don’t I see the “Activate Card” option? It only shows “Delete Card.”

Only the cardholder can activate a card. If you’re only seeing the “Delete Card” option, it likely means you’re logged in with an email that’s not linked to the physical card. Try logging in with the correct email address associated with the card to proceed with activation.
