You may not be able to turn off multi-factor authentication if the "Owner" or "Admin" of the Venn account has set a mandatory "MFA Requirement" for every user of the account. However, if you are an "Owner" or "Admin", you may turn off the mandatory "MFA Requirement" through these steps:
Step 1: Go to Venn "Settings Company"
Step 2: Select "Edit" on Team Security
Step 3: Select "No MFA Requirement"
Step 4: Enter the password
After disabling the "MFA Requirement" for the entire team, each individual team member may be able to disable MFA if required. Here's how:
Step 1: Go to Venn "Settings Profile"
Step 2: Select "Disable MFA"
Step 3: Enter your account password
Note: You will receive an email confirmation upon successfully disabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your Venn account.
