You’re seeing this because no one else has been added to your Venn account yet. To issue a card to someone else, you’ll need to invite them to join your account first by going to Venn "Settings Team".
Essentials plan: You can invite others via email, but only as an “Owner”—this gives them the same level of access as you.
Plus or Pro plan: You can invite users as an “Owner”, “Admin”, “Employee”, or “AP Clerk”, each with different access levels to suit your needs.
Once invited, their names will appear under “Who is this Card for?” so you can issue a card to them or they may even issue a card to themselves or request a card from you which requires your approval.
