Venn "Payables" lets you automatically import existing bills and payables from your accounting software—like QuickBooks or Xero— to Venn directly. This way, you can review, pay, and have them automatically marked as paid, all within the Venn platform.
Without Venn:
Create a bill in QuickBooks or Xero
Log in to your bank and re-enter all the bill details
a. Select the merchant
b. Enter the invoice number
c. Upload the invoice file
Make the payment through your bank
Return to your accounting software to manually mark the bill as paid
With Venn:
Create the bill in QuickBooks or Xero
Venn automatically pulls the bill, allows you to pay it, and marks it as paid for you
This simplifies your workflow, saves time, and keeps your accounting records accurate—without the extra steps.
