Can I get documents showing that I’m an authorized signatory of my Venn business banking account?

Venn accounts are business banking accounts registered under your legal business name. Documents like the "Account Details", “Bank Authorization Letter” and “Void Cheque” are issued in the name of your corporation, not an individual.

To show that you’re an authorized signatory, please use these documents together with your Articles of Incorporation, which include the page listing you as a director. Combined, these documents serve as valid proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
