Why didn’t I receive an email verification code email?

If you didn’t receive an email verification code email, please check the following:

  1. Did you just sign up for an account?

    • If you recently signed up, you may need to complete your registration first. Look for the initial confirmation email we sent and follow the instructions to finish setting up your account. If your sign-up isn’t complete, you won’t be able to reset your password.

  2. Did you sign up using Google Single Sign-On (SSO)?

    • If you registered using Google SSO, you won’t have a separate password for Venn. Instead of resetting your password, simply click “Log in with Google” at Venn "Login" to access your account.

  3. Are you using the correct email?

    • Double-check that you’re entering the right email address. If you have multiple email accounts, you may have signed up with a different one. For security reasons, we cannot confirm which email is linked to your account.

If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t log in, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@venn.ca with the subject line: ”[Account] Not receiving emails from Venn”

  2. Use the registered email associated with your Venn account. Requests from other email addresses cannot be processed.
