No, you don’t need to enter the bank’s address. Our system automatically identifies the correct bank using just the key details you provide. Here’s what you’ll need depending on the currency and transfer method:

For CAD transfers:

  • EFT: Account number, Branch/Transit number, Financial institution number

  • Interac e-Transfer: Security question and answer (if auto deposit is not yet set)

  • Wire (SWIFT): Account number, BIC/SWIFT code

For USD transfers:

  • ACH: Account number, ABA routing number

  • Fedwire: Account number, ABA routing number

  • Wire (SWIFT): Account number, BIC/SWIFT code

For GBP transfers:

  • UK Faster Payments: Account number, Sort code

  • Wire (SWIFT): Account number, BIC/SWIFT code

For EUR transfers:

  • SEPA: IBAN

  • Wire (SWIFT): Account number, BIC/SWIFT code

For other currencies:

On-screen instructions will guide you when adding the recipient’s payment details.
