How do I update my legal first name and last name on my Venn account?

Please email the supporting documentation to support@venn.ca, using the subject line: [Account] Update Of Legal Names.

Your documents must be valid and issued by an authorized Canadian government entity. Once received, our Legal Team will review them. If everything checks out, we’ll make the necessary updates to your account. Requests without valid documentation may not be accepted.
