Can I change the cardholder name on my Venn Mastercard?

The primary cardholder name on both virtual and physical Venn Mastercards is your legal business name, as registered with your Venn account. This cannot be changed unless your legal business name has been officially updated.

Each card also includes a secondary cardholder name, which is the name of the user the card is assigned to. You can view this by going to Venn “Cards, selecting the card, and checking the “Card details” section.

If your legal business name has changed, you can request an update. Once your account details are updated, you may order new cards that reflect the new legal business name.
