Step 1: Go to Venn "Settings Policies Receipts and Memo"
Step 2: Select "Require receipts"
Step 3: Set how many card purchases is allowed without a receipt uploaded before a card is automatically locked
Note: If the card has been automatically locked, all the cardholder has to do is to upload the receipt on Venn "Transactions" or through the email or SMS notification links they may have received, and thereafter, the cardholder may go to Venn "Cards" to manually unlock their cards.
