Use the Venn "Auto Match Receipts" feature to automatically attach your receipts to the exact purchases you made with your Venn Mastercard, perfect for bookkeeping, proof of purchase, or reconciliation.
You can auto-match receipts in three ways:
Upload directly in Venn “Transactions”
Use the Auto Match Receipts feature. It will automatically match your receipt based on the purchase amount, currency, and merchant name.
Text a photo of your receipt to +1 888 828 5824
The system will automatically match it to the correct purchase.
Email your receipt (photo or PDF) to receipts@venn.ca
It will automatically match to the corresponding transaction.
💡 Tip: Make sure you use the same phone number or email linked to your Venn account for options 2 and 3 so the receipt can be matched automatically.
