Only users with the “Owner” or “Admin” role can order a virtual card for themselves. They can also issue a virtual card to other team members.
Ordering a Venn Mastercard for yourself as the "Owner" or "Admin"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: Get a virtual card instantly for online use.
Ordering a Venn Mastercard for another "Owner" or "Admin" of the account
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: Once successfully created instantly, kindly ask the new cardholder to log into their account. The new virtual card can be found in Venn "Cards"
Ordering a Venn Mastercard for an "Employee"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: Once successfully created instantly, kindly ask the new cardholder to log into their account. The new virtual card can be found in Venn "Cards"
Requesting a Venn Mastercard as an "Employee"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: The "Owner" and "Admin" will receive a card request email, and will need to click the email link or log into Venn to approve this request.
Step 4: Once successfully approved, the virtual card is created instantly. Kindly log back into your account and the new virtual card can be found in Venn "Cards".
Note: Users with the "Payments Clerk" or “Accountant” role cannot be issued any Venn Mastercard to avoid conflicts of interest.
