Card purchase notifications are sent only to the individual cardholder for each card, as they are the person responsible for and entrusted with that card.
As an Owner or Admin, you can still view all card spending at any time:
Go to Venn "Cards" to see total spend by each card
Go to Venn "Transactions" to view and filter individual card transactions
