If there are too many incorrect attempts at entering in the 3-digits CVV code, card expiry, or other card details, for security purposes the card will get automatically blocked.
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select the desired card
Step 3: Select "Settings"
Step 4: Select "Unblock card"
