If you have the “Employee” role, you can request a physical card and the request must be approved by an “Owner” or “Admin”.
Requesting a Venn Mastercard as an "Employee"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: The "Owner" and "Admin" will receive a card request email, and will need to click the email link or log into Venn to approve this request.
Step 4: Once successfully approved, the virtual card is created instantly. Kindly log back into your account and the new virtual card can be found in Venn "Cards".
Note: Users with the "Payments Clerk" or “Accountant” role cannot be issued any Venn Mastercard to avoid conflicts of interest.
