Venn "Tasks" show any actions you need to complete as a user:
to stay compliant with your company’s spending rules for your Venn Mastercard (for example, adding receipts or memos for a transaction)
to approve or reject transfers which require your review (if applicable)
As each company sets its own policies, requirements may differ. If you’re unsure what’s required, please check with the "Owner" or "Admin" of the account.
If required tasks aren’t completed, your card may be temporarily locked and/or if applicable, the transfers pending your review may not yet be sent or rejected.
Specific to the Venn Mastercard only for card purchases, once you finish the outstanding tasks, you may unlock on Venn "Cards" and continue using your card.
