This is normal. The dashboard shows your name because you’re signed in as a user of the business account. A business account can have one or more users, each with their own profile.

Your bank account is registered under your legal business name, which appears on the bank documents you download from your account.

Why does my Venn dashboard show my personal name instead of my legal business name?
