You can upload receipts in several ways:
Through the App – If you have the “Owner” or “Admin” role, you can upload receipts directly in the “Accounting” section of the app.
Via Email – If email receipt collection is enabled, you’ll receive an email after each card payment with a link to upload your receipt easily.
Via SMS (US & Canada Only) – If SMS receipt collection is enabled, cardholders with a US or Canadian phone number will receive a text message with a link to upload receipts after each payment.
