What to do if my card is lost or stolen?

You can stop and prevent any further unauthorized transactions by locking or deleting your card in the Venn application or by calling +1 (888) 568-2858 to have your card locked or deleted.

How to lock your card?

Step 1: Log into Venn

Step 2: From the side menu bar, select "Cards"

Step 3: Select the specific card that you want to lock

Step 4: Select "Lock card"

How to delete your card?

Step 1: Log into Venn

Step 2: From the side menu bar, select "Cards"

Step 3: Select the specific card that you want to delete

Step 4: Select "Settings"

Step 5: Select "Delete card"
